Hello,

In addition to Celiac I must also deal with hypothyroidism. Naturally, I
want to be certain that I am not ingesting gluten in any way, so I am
looking for a thyroid supplement which is gluten free. The brand I am using
now is Levoxyl, by Daniels, and it contains as its inactive ingredients:
lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, and magnesium
stearate. I am suspicious of the "pregelatinized starch", and the lactose
doesn't really help matters.

Does anyone here know of a particular brand of thyroid supplement that is
definitely gluten-free, and available in California? Lactose free would be
good too, but it's not as important as GF. I was able to find information on
Synthroid, but not the other brands, like Levothroid, Euthrox, and Eltroxin.

TIA,
Sharon
