hi Matt,

I would say then try to include fats from other sources, including a
variety of raw nuts, and salad dressing made from hemp seed or flax
oils
that are cold pressed. The EFAs are vital in maintaining smooth skin,
normal hormone levels, endocrine functions. What is not yet researched
is
how much of what type of EFAs are optimal for good health.

Is your statement about not eating animals based on a religious or
philosophical postion? Or do you have serious digestion problems with
animal proteins? If the latter, have you tried fish instead of meat?

regards
Roberta
