Rob,

quoting from Bass:
> The ideal diet consists of the foods listed above

There is no such thing as "an ideal diet" because everyone's needs
are considerably different

> - approximately 75-85% raw
> foods with 15-25% cooked, consisting of steamed vegetables (including
> tubers), cooked grains and legumes,

Hmmmm. Interesting ratios of the ole' macronutrients.:^/

> these to be eaten in correct sequential
> order.

Hmmm. Rather outdated "food combining" philosophy going on here.

> The correct amounts of each item should be properly proportioned

Hmmmm. Properly proportioned according to which set of rules this
time round?

> in one to three meals daily.

Hmmmm. How come I just don't feel hungry for three meals some days,
and other days feel like 20 meals? Dagnabbit.

Haven't looked at ole' Bass' website, but it sounds a little, well,
familiar-ly questionable.
