Yes I suppose have "general" guidelines - but they are so general
that they can't be thought of as any kind of diet in particular.
Each person's particular needs determine their own particular diet. :)

What you'd expect - less processed foods, caffeine, junk-foods,
sweets, etc, and more "real" stuff :)
