I have not been impressed with what I've been reading about the
fruitarian diet. I'm really concerned that people are harming
themselves permanently.
I'm following a raw lifestyle for health and other reasons ... After the
crisis has passed, I will consider allowing *some* cooked foods back
into my life, such as rice, beans, certain grains, and some veggies that
are toxic without being at least steamed briefly. But that's later.
