There is no TCP/IP, IPX/SPX only.

What the difference between auto and 802.3?? Should auto work?

Seemed ok on hub side when problem appears. Sometimes when problem
appears, swap
cable around may change the situation, but all main cabling is in the
wall.
therefore, it's impossible to completed swap cable.
