I have a Tyan 1571 motherboard with a Pentium 166. The motherboard has USB
port support, but I have been advised by Tyan tech support that it really
does not support the full USB specification so most USB products will NOT
work. They also said it is not a BIOS problem, but a problem with the Intel
chipset not fully implementing the USB specs.
Does this sound right?
Is there any other way to get full USB support with this motherboard?
Thanks,
Steve
