Mark, an AMD K2 400 with 128 megs of P-100 too. I have been informed by
several specialist for MS products that it's not about the chip per se,
it's a problem that Win2000 is an NT product and will be quite incompatible
with most WIN9x software. There is supposed to be a WIN9x release called
Millineum or something like that to be released sometime this fall (or
later by a MS clock <g>). My advice would be to wait for the WIN9x new
release later this year.
