The IC below on war crimes has been exposed as a US asset:
the US rulers were instrumental in appointing it, and they
use tax payer money (US) to fund it.  Their focus has been on
Yugoslavian leadership, and they have rejected repeated requests
to cite Clinton as a war criminal.
