You must run WINNT not WINNT32. WINNT is a 16 bit program. WINNT32 is a
32 bit program only intended to be used for upgrading a previous NT install.
Also check the spaces in your command. It should be
d:\i386\winnt /ox
Good luck with your training kit. I used that before I took the server
test many moons ago.
