Is it possible (dumb question because most likely, anything in
electronics can be hacked to make it 'work') to troubleshoot computer
power supplies on the bench? Since they are switchers, don't they need
loads? And don't they have a power-on cpu sense line?
Any good books about working on these types of power supplies?
I guess they may be too cheap to be worth repairing, maybe?
