Unless this is a voice modem the only thing you need is the inf file. This
is available at the Zoom Web site on the download page.
If this is a PNP modem you just point Windows to this file when it asked
for it and if it is not PNP you start up the control panel/ new hard ware
wizard and point it to the driver....... or Windows might already have a
driver in it's database.
If it is a older modem instead of letting Windows search for the
hardware......start up add hardware and then say you will pick from a
list...pick modem...then pick zoom ,,,,,,then look for your model number.......
If this is a voice modem you will need additional files for the wave voice
driver. All of the most recent versions of all these drivers are available
from the Zoom web site. You can always post a note to zoom tech support and
they will e mail the exact inf file for you modem and point you to any wave
driver you need for your voice modem.
