I've received a number of e-mails wondering what in the heck Kefir is.
Here's a brief definition:
Kefir is similar to yogurt, but a bit 'thinner.' You drink it, rather than
eat it with a spoon. It is generally sold in plastic quarts, in the
milk/yogurt section of the grocery store.
