       If anyone is going on a cruise, I had very good luck on the
  MS FASCINATION  which sails out of San Juan  PR.

        Stefanos Assimopoulos emp. #  214797   checked with the
  chief each night .  The food was excellent with a lot of variety.
         He understood very quickly the problems with  coatilng and vinegar.

       Of coarse they are very eager to please.
         The only thing I would do next time is take salad dressing
    packets from Burger King and Mcdonalds.

                                 Gluten free in Tennessee
