Several people have asked me what brand of supplements I use to take
care of the leaky gut syndrome.

Because I live on LI, I use Twin Labs which is made locally.  While I
often use a supplement from the nutrionist, I do go to my local health
food stroe and get a non-dairy multi strain acidophilus--Twin Labs has
one called Allerdophilus.  To make life easier, I get a supplement that
is stable, meaning it does not have to be freigerated, so I can carry it
with me.

the forumula is one L-Glutamine capsule [500mg] and one acidophilus
capsule with each meal.  I felt better in a week, and was no longer
lactose intolerant in six months.
