Whenever I boot up my P3 system, the soundcard volume is turned all the
way down.  I have to manually click on the soundcard or volume icon in
the lower right corner to increase the volume.  Is there a way to
increase the volume permanently?  Perhaps some setting in the Control
Panel?  Thanks.
