Hello

   Using Win95 on Acer Aspire pentium.  My Mitsumi !B cd player no
longer works!  It will pop open and load and it will eject but it will
not play. No lights or activity at all. None of my apps can find it and
in system devices when I click on properties it will not show me
anything.  I checked and the drivers are loaded and they are correct.
It was working fine as far back as 2-3 weeks ago then this just happened
today.
This is the original 4X player that came with the machine in 1995.
Is it dead?  Anything else I could check?
