One of my friends got diagnosed with cardio myopathy.

Would a paleo diet help?

Is this an auto immune, degenerative disease type condition? Could it be
reversed or ameliorated on paleo?

As far as I know, she is on the SAD diet.

In fact, now that I think about it, I have seen lots of "treats" on her desk!!
