In the US, and perhaps elsewhere, the "Boston Market" (formerly
"Boston Chicken") franchise is an easy place to get a paleo meal.
You can get rotisserie chicken, or sliced turkey breast, or ham,
plus various side dishes, some of which are paleo: steamed
vegetables, green salad.
