This reminds of something I've been wondering about.  At various times on
this list, I have seen mention of grains and grain-like plants that might
be "caveman kosher" to some extent.  Some of them, I gather, are really
just obscure varieties of wheat; but others are from completely different
species and are okay under paleo guidelines (they pass the "naked with a
sharp stick" test).  Does anyone have some info, maybe a URL, on which of
these grains are okay?
