Dear Don,

Thank you for these web sites. Cordain seems to be advocating low fat diets.
He mentions lean meats, fruits and vegetables. He also seems to imply that
grains (except wheat) in low to moderate amounts are ok for most people....

Didn't hunter gatherers consume HIGH fat diets, for the most part?

Wouldn't  the HG diet  mentioned by Cordain  be fairly high carbohydrate and
have a fairly high glycemic index?

Wouldn't you have to eat a large amount of protein to get sufficient
calories, if you are on a low fat diet?
