I keep getting ideas about this book.

Last night I told my brother I was doing NeanderThin and how much better I
felt.  His first reaction was to compare the life spans of early people with
people now and laugh at the idea that it's a good idea for *us* long-lived
people to follow *their* example in any way.   I thought of this myself.  I'd
address that issue right off!
