I don't eat raw meat or fish either.  I think one would have to build an
immunity to raw flesh. Too, I think you would have to trust your source
of meat in order to eat it raw.  Who raised it, what was the feed,
antibiotics?, range???  I cook meat and fish and eat everything else as
close to natural state as possible.  If I find a trustworthy source,
I'll give raw a try.  Until then, I'm cooking......
