I found it very interesting indeed, especially the part where it states that
vegetarian women are far more stable and have significantly lowered levels of
premenstrual tension than their carnivorous counterparts, and that animal fat
in the colon is associated with increased levels of cancer -- AAAAGH!!!!

I have read so much contradictory information regarding diet lately. I'm so
confused at this point and really don't know what to believe anymore!  Am I
supposed to eat meat and the fat, like my distant ancestors did, or avoid it
and eat 60% carbs because I'm a woman trying to avoid cancer and also a "slow
burner"
(I took the niacin test).  I just don't know anymore -- anyone???  ~ Cathy
