Go to http://www.PaleoDiet.com/#ethno and find the entry on Steve Brill,
and read the three links I have there. They explain him, his book, how to
contact him, and a schedule. You will find that he has these often, and
some are on Long Island. To learn more one would have to go on outings at
different times of the season, and I gather there are different foods in
the different places he goes.
