To anyone interested in strength training using super abbreviated
high intensity routines composed of massive multi-joint movements as
described above, I cannot recommend highly enough Stuart McRobert's
"Beyond Brawn." Amazon.com has excellent reviews. Also, the hard

Very early in the process, but I've found that using these "radical"
training principles combined with the paleo WOE has yielded nice
results so far.
