Just kidding. <grin> I have gone the last 7 days without cheese and feel
quite a bit different. After stopping cheese (at 48 hours) my blood
pressure went up. It then went down below what it had been before. That
I believe is significant. I did eat some soy cheese ( Veggie slices ) to
tide me over the withdrawal. My appetite has drastically reduced and I
am loosing more weight. I have noticed that I am not sleeping as well
but that always happens when I lose weight.
Overall, my week without cheese has been interesting, informative and
very beneficial. Whoever said I would feel even better on Paleo without
cheese was right on. Thanks.
