I agree in general, although one of the values in any group such as this one
is that cumulative experience does result in answers which are bound to help
some people.  For example, it could be that 50 people would answer a given
question, and 49 of those answers are useless to the person concerned, but
if they receive one answer which leads them to a solution is it not worth
it?  If it was you and your child was critically ill, wouldn't you read all
those posts?  An individual knows more about their own well-being and
reactions than anyone else ever could, so the more you learn from others and
the more you listen to your own body, the more likely you are to solve your
own problems.  This is what makes the paleo group valuable to me.  BTW I am
also interested in people's opinions of grassfed beef vs grain fed.  My
celiac son is unable to gain weight, and going to all wild (including free
range, grassfed) meat is the last thing I can think of to help him.
