There is a significant difference between a subscription to a newspaper,
with fundamentally one-way broadcast information similar to a TV station,
and a mailing list where people share information with one another. The
stated purpose of this mailing list is a SUPPORT list for people trying to
follow paleolithic diets. It is an online forum, with lurkers taking the
place of audience. Forum contributors should introduce themselves to one
another. If a member of the audience chooses to join the forum, a brief
introduction is in order.
And as Rainah said so nicely, "you may make fast friends"...
