I have been biopsy-diagnosed with CD. Now I am starting to worry about my
2yr old nephew who I have not seen since he was a few months old.

Originally there was some concern because he had a very large head. But
that checked out okay. Then, he took forever to accept solid foods. Loved
to nurse, practically nonstop, all day long. His mom is a vegetarian who
makes breads all the time.

Now, he seems to be behind in developmental things; they had him tested (in
their small town, and there is some indication that the specialist may not
be very good), and the outcome is that he is 8 months behind
developmentally.

He has always been sick - practically continuously, with one thing or another.
