I ordered about 10 frozen items from Menu Direct on 3/30.  I spoke with a very
nice person named Gail.  She explained that they ship frozen items only
Monday-Wednesday and that since they were behind in their shipments my order
would probably not go out till 4/5.  However, they were trying to get orders out
faster.  My frozen goodies arrived 4/2.  What a surprise and all in good shape
despite the hot weather here in New Orleans.  I, too, have no monetary interest
in the company and decided to try them because of a recommendation on the list
as well as the fact that there were no shipping or handling charges through
3/31.
