Are you in the US?

Because the ingredients vary from country to country, only slightly,
according to the tastes of the country...

For instance, baps in Israel certainly must not have milk in (not in the
Kosher restaurants anyway) yet in Denmark they do...

I'm in the UK, may well be different here...

Luckily I am LI - so the reaction is not life threatening (as a one off,
continually it is - leads to malnutrition, etc...)
