Greetz all ...
I buy boxes of oranges from my local "Natural Foods" store
to make juice with. The other day I was reading the side
of such a box when I noticed it said "Treated with Food Grade Shellac".
It is my understanding that most if not all "Food Grade Shellac"
has animal products in it, mostly pig. I really object to the
term "Food Grade". That is much to vague. etc. etc.
What I would like to know is: Does anyone have definitive information
on this "Food Grade Shellac" they might like to share?
Karl
