Hi,
I eat RAF, along with other raw foods, and in recent months, with
some cooked foods (but I prefer raw when possible). It ranges
from 10 to about 50% RAF depending on what appeals to me, and
mostly I like fish, but at times have had a number of other
things too. In particular, I am a bit concerned because certain
toxins can accumulate in the fat in animals that are mostly
absent in a vegetarian diet (that is cooked and raw animal foods
actually) so I try to obtain "clean" animal foods which
fortunately I do have access to. When I saw animal I mean flesh,
including things like poultry, cheese, fish, game, meat. On some
days I don't eat flesh foods at all so on those days it is 0% but
overall, I would estimate about 20%.

Do those of you that eat RAF feel that the commonly stated issue
of toxins
accumulating in animal tissues (more so than in vegetables) is a
problem or
concern in eating RAF? What percent RAF do you eat in your diet?
thank you
(I am primarily raw vegan but have eaten sashimi on occasion)
