you can be slim, and still be constipated.  there are mass-big breasts

for the same reason there is an epidemic of sex diseases:  the sex
organs are
being used as storage pits.  It's such a massive phenomenon (like
menstruation)
that we see it as normal--pathology seen as normal simply because it
is prevalent
--and women even want to copy it through plastic surgery
(unbelievable!).
