still sounds like feminist over-sensitivity.  "like a heffer" says
nothing
about the woman, but about her engorged breasts.  it's a serious
problem!
the sex organs are the first to fill up with mucus and debris--to
protect
the propogation of the species.  if a man's testicles swell up to
the size of a grapefruit, is he offended that I describe it that way?
Incidentally, the lymph system does go up each arm and leg, as well as
the
trunk.  When women have their breasts removed for cancer, they, in
many cases,
also have surgery done on the inside of the arm, removing the damage
from a
clogged lymph.  Or, take the case of a very skinny person who
NEVERTHELESS
has a clogged lymph system:  the legs and arms get skrawny looking
because
the lymph is clogged.
Now I hope that doesn't offend another hypersensitive!
