I agree with the first part of your statement, but the second one seems too
quickly said.
In lot of poor countries, people eat very poorly ( rice and curry in India )
but don't make fat when they get low calorie intake.
you need both, high calorie and high rubish diet.
in the context of high high calorie and high rubish, there are diferences
too about what kind of rubish is ingested. Americain get fatter than French,
but get less cardiovascular diseases.
( could it be more sugar or because of more restricted choices of food or
less acces to good oils , or because of wine....?)
