Here's one of my favorites. I do eat raw nuts/seeds and digest them just fine
and think they're delicious - I find it interesting that so many people don't
digest them well (OTOH I cannot digest cooked carbs like bread or pasta). I'll
take a bowl full of one type of seeds/nuts or make a mix of whichever ones
appeal to me, then take the sea vegetable called "silky sea palm" and toast a
handful of this seaweed on a low heat (about 200 F) for 20-30 minutes. They
become very crispy and you just crumble it up with your hands and sprinkle it
onto the nuts. It is very delicious.
