Hi there...
Flashing your bios should be the LAST thing you should try. In the time
I've spent on this mailing list, I have seen far too many suggestions to
"flash your bios... that will make all your problems go away". As you'll
hear from every mother board manufacturer, "Don't do this unless you
absolutely know it will fix the problem". There are far too many other
reasons for problems than just the bios... especially since you state you
have a fairly new motherboard. Each manufacturer will tell you it shouldn't
be attempted by the general population, only by tech support personal. I
have seen too many people screw up a motherboard by either flashing the
wrong update or not completely following the manufacturers instructions to
the tee... and we all know about "forgotten steps" in instructions.
My suggestion would be to switch to Win93SE before flashing your bios.
