I have a client interested in getting a UPS (Uninterruptible Power System),
but since he leaves his work computer on all the time in order to be able to
access it from home, he would like the UPS to be able to BOTH shut down the
computer in an orderly fashion if the power goes off, and to turn it back on
when the power resumes.

Does anyone know of a UPS/software combination like that? Have you used it?
Do you recommend it?
