Not all slot 1 mobos are clock-locked. Asus P2B has jumpers
for selecting multipliers and clock. I've experimented a
PII-450 at 4.5x133.
(Note that surely multipliers are locked at the processor).

Starting point: (-1)^(-1) = -1
Applying logarithms: (-1)*ln(-1) = ln(-1)
Since ln(-1) <> 0, dividing: -1 = 1 (ln(-1) is
complex, but exists)
