I don't think he qualifies as a murderer under accepted international
law, that is, under a world legal system that all nations, including the
US, submit to and mutually enforce. Until that legal system is
established and operating, you can kick around your bitter metaphors all
you want, or bitter similes like Jonathan Julius Dobkin's, if you
prefer, but all your venting isn't going to change anything.
