Hate to say I told you so, but....
As for the predictions of a resumption of civil war, no one has a crystal
ball. (OTOH, Stratfor's own analysis is tainted a bit by its prior credulous
embrace of the "ethnic cleansing hoax" assiduously promoted by Andrej and
his fellow Serbs, so I'm not losing sleep over this prediction.) I'm sure
that if NATO withdraws and the situation returns to the status quo ante,
Tony et al. will have no problem finding NATO at fault for the ensuing
carnage. Laptop pacifism means never having to say you're sorry.
