Bobby,
It good that you are in touch with your emotions like this. If I can, please
let me recommend one thing to you. See a counselor or social worker. We have
no problem going to the dr for colds, illness, etc, but we deny ourselves
the luxury of having our emotional state heeled. They will help with anger
mangagement and a whole assortment of other problems and help you to better
know yourself and work on better coping strategies. Dont put it off. Do
this one good thing for you. We shouldn't have to suffer from our emotional
injuries any longer. There are people out there that specialize in this
area. I have wanted to do this myself for so long, I just thought my
problems were so unique that no one would be able to understand.. As soon as
I get off the computer Im going to do the same thing,,,call and start
repairing my injured soul!!!
