Subject: STATES SIGNED ONTO OLMSTEAD AMICUS


The following states have signed on to the states' amicus brief on the
Olmstead
Case:

Of the original 22 states the following remained on:

COLORADO, HAWAII, LOUISIANA, MISSISSIPPI, MONTANA, NEVADA, SOUTH CAROLINA,
TENNESSEE, TEXAS, WASHINGTON, & WYOMING

in addition these 4 states joined the brief:  INDIANA, MASSACHUSETTS,
MINNESOTA, AND WASHINGTON

NOTE:  We believed via e-mail confirmation WY was off, but they in fact
REMAINED ON the brief.

NB:  Florida, the organizer of the campaign, collector of the other states,
one of the main authors, etc. has DROPPED OFF, and Nevada has taken on the
coordination role.

Also dropping off were: Alabama, California, Delaware, Maryland, Michigan,
Nebraska, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, West Virginia and Utah.
