Dear All, 
 
Follwoing is the step by step guide to remove happy99.exe from your system
 
1. Please note down the following instructions on a piece of paper.
 
2. Go to Start and click on Shut Down
 
3. Selct "Restart in MS-DOS mode" option from the pop-up window
   You will reach dos propmt. either c:\> or C:\>windows
 
4. Key in CD\windows\system at the prompt and press Enter
   Your prompt will now be: c:\>windows\system
 
5. Key in the command: dir ska.* at the prompt
   If you are infected by the virus, the system will list the 
   files: ska.exe and ska.dll. In case, system doesnt display these 
   files, that means you are not infected and hence happily (Ha! Ha! Ha!)
   disconinue the following procedure.
 
6. In case the files get listed, key in: del ska.*
 
7. Change the attributes for the file: wsock32.dll
   command: attrib -r wsock32.dll
   This is to remove the read only attrib for the file.
 
8. Key in: copy wsock32.ska wsock32.dll
   System gives warning message: Ovverwrite.....?
   Key in "Y"
 
9. Key in delete wsock32.dll
 
10. To check out the infected e-mail i/ds,
    key in: type liste.ska
 
11. Write the e-mail i/ds on a piece of paper so that you can pass this 
    message on to them.
 
12. Key in: delete liste.ska
 
13. Key in: exit 
    System will boot and come back to windows. 
 
14. Delete the message with Happy99.exe and delete the file Happy99.exe
