I have been watching the demolition of a 25 year old masonry shopping mall
just over the hill from our plant. It became a ghost town 18 months ago
when a new EIFS shopping mall opened up, closer to the exit on the
Interstate. A lot of time and effort sure could have been saved if they
bult the old one of EIFS.
