Interesting quest. For the Natural Man carver in stucco I would start by
calling Mark Adami. Though I suspect that your target is further underground
and an employee of any of the many companys in NY that have not surfaced to
the marketing sophistication of a business card. You may best find
subterranean carvers by driving around on a warm day in the nether regions of
the Boroughs. I've seen some fairly interesting characters working in Park
Slope.
