contract Masonry Vocational Training Instructor for the inmate population at
the Federal Correctional Institution and Federal Prison Camp, Estill, SC. The
contract period will include a base year not to exceed 12 months with four
one-year option periods. The work schedule will consist of approximately 520
three-hour sessions, two three-hour session per day, Monday through Friday,
excluding federal holidays. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price
