I suggest we restrict the use of the electric paint removal device to masonry
construction where it has been ascertained that there are no wall ties.
Considering the number of modern era buildings in Manhattan where this appears
to be evident I think JL has his hands on a live one. Think, with NAFTA we can
export the technology to Mexico where there is no OSHIT and safely use it on
the pyramids to remove lichen. I suppose the technology can be modified to
self stripping buildings that peel their own paint whenever hit by lightning.
Is it still proper practice to remove an electrocuted person from a live wire
using a dry 2 x 4?
